This policy explains what personal data AI TikTok Analyzer Pro collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to our website, web application and browser extension.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — email address, and, if you sign in with Google, the name, email and profile picture Google returns. We never receive your Google password.
• Purchase data — plan, order id, amount, billing period and invoice records. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Usage data — features used, quota consumption, timestamps, request logs, IP address, browser and device type, and error diagnostics.
• Content you submit — public TikTok links, creator lists, saved collections, audio you send for transcription and prompts you send for script generation.
• Support data — messages, feedback and attachments you send us.

We do not collect your TikTok password and we do not ask you to log in to TikTok through us.

2. Why we use it

• to provide the Service, apply your plan quotas and deliver results;
• to process payments, renewals, invoices and refunds;
• to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and debug failures;
• to answer support requests;
• to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where required, our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Service providers we share data with

• Payment provider (Merchant of Record) — processes your payment, tax and invoicing. Receives your email, billing country and order details.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google.
• AI processing providers — audio and text you submit for transcription or script generation are sent to third-party AI inference providers to produce the result.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, database and edge security for this website and API.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working.

5. Retention

Account and usage data is kept while your account is active. Transaction and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Submitted audio and generated transcripts are kept so you can access your results, and are deleted when you delete the item or your account.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@poviai.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

We operate globally and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, access to production data is restricted, and secrets are stored in an encrypted secret store. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
